Reservations & Bookings

Reservation enquiries submitted through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by our reservations team. Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A reservation is only confirmed once you have received written or verbal confirmation from a Genesee Grande Hotel team member along with a reservation confirmation number.

Rates and Taxes

All room rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable New York State and local occupancy taxes and fees. Rates may vary based on season, availability, and length of stay. Special promotions and packages are subject to specific terms and conditions.

Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may be subject to additional fees. Please contact the front desk in advance to arrange either.

Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy requires cancellations to be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.

Non-refundable rates and special promotional bookings may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking. Event deposits for weddings and corporate events are subject to the cancellation terms specified in the relevant event contract.

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before arrival: No charge
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival: One night's room rate charged
• No-shows: Full first night's room rate charged
• Non-refundable bookings: No refund regardless of cancellation timing
